Analysis Tools: Merge & Calculate Data
These two powerful tools open a new way in the data analysis. With the merging function you will be able to integrate information from different aliquots into the same data file, displaying information about the whole immunophenotype of the cells in a single plot. Data calculation allows you to display new information: data measured in different files or markers conjugated with the same fluorochrome.
Merge different files in one single file and display the information together. Select your population of interest and visualize the whole phenotype. Apply the data calculation and observe the new information available. Using a lot of markers won’t be a problem.
